Депутат Антон Ткачев напомнил, что запрет на сдачу экзаменов без обучения в автошколах вступил в силу в 2013 году. По его словам, изменения были связаны с существованием на тот момент ряда проблем, в том числе проблемы большого количества «серых» автошкол, которые не обладали достаточным парком учебных машин, оборудованными площадками и штатом преподавателей, а также возможностью для недобросовестных сотрудников ГИБДД получать незаконное денежное вознаграждение за выдачу водительских удостоверений без фактической сдачи экзаменов.
На сегодняшний день, по словам Ткачева, все указанные проблемы, которые были актуальны в 2013 году, «в большей степени» решены.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
