Однако ГНС предлагает внести поправки, согласно которым налог будут обязаны платить владельцы частных домов от 120 м². На вопрос депутата “в связи с чем принято такое решение?”, зампредседателя ГНС Нурлан Умтулов ответил просто: был проведен анализ, и оказалось, что средняя площадь домов в Кыргызстане составляет 122 квадратных метра.
