فقال أتَبكي كُلَّ قبرٍ رأيتَهُ لقَبرٍ ثَوى بينَ اللِّوى والدَّكادِكِ
وذلك لأنه إذا رأى قبرًا فتجدّد حزنُهُ على أخيه مالك فلاموه عليه، فأجاب بأن الأسى يبعث الأسى. وقال آخر: فلم تُنسني أوفى المُصيباتِ بعدَهُ ولكنّ نكءَ القَرحِ بالقَرحِ أوجَعُ.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
