Первый заместитель Руководителя Администрации Президента Сергей Кириенко в мастерской управления "Сенеж" открыл программу "Школа мэров" для третьего и четвертого потоков представителей муниципального сообщества.

В ближайшие 8 месяцев участники программы будут изучать лучшие управленческие практики в 10 муниципалитетах по всей России.

На третий и четвертый потоки из 500 заявок мы отобрали 160 слушателей из 82 регионов. На фоне роста конкуренции число женщин-участниц программы выросло почти на треть - до 17%. Желаю коллегам удачной учебы и новых назначений!

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
