Награда учреждена Президентом РФ, как дань уважения ратным и трудовым подвигам ветеранов войны и тружеников тыла.

На днях поздравили жительницу деревни Марьина Нину Васильевну Терюхину. Также награды получили еще 3 ветерана: проживающие в Междуреченском Аркадий Петрович Иванов и Евгения Михайловна Гусева, а также жительница Карпогор Нина Андреевна Кошутина.

Всего в Поморье направлено 1 863 юбилейные медали, все они уже переданы в муниципалитеты. Вручение продлится до 25 марта.
