Лувсаннамсрайн Оюун-Эрдэнэ отметил, что Россия и Китай все еще не согласовали все детали, так что вряд ли строительство начнется в 2024 году, как ожидалось ранее. Вдобавок, переговоры были осложнены рекордными ценами на газ.
