Продолжаю рассказывать о рабочей поездке в Краснодон.
Важный вопрос для детского отделения Центральной городской больницы – кадры. Условия для работы после капремонта теперь здесь хорошие, но врачей не хватает. Чтобы закрыть проблему, надо готовить местных специалистов.
Процесс не быстрый, поэтому сюда приезжают врачи из Тюменской области. Около 40 человек за 2 года уже побывали в Краснодоне. Лечат, проводят операции, помогают местным молодым докторам в освоении нового оборудования, делятся опытом.
