🇨🇳🇵🇭 Вчера в очередной раз в Южно-Китайском море случился инцидент, участниками которого стали Китай и Филиппины.

Два филиппинских корабля направлялись в сторону одного из островов архипелага Спратли с припасами для военнослужащих, которые располагаются там. Четыре корабля береговой охраны и четыре корабля морской полиции КНР препятствовали выполнению задач филиппинцев, совершая, по мнению Манилы, опасные маневры.

Все обошлось без применения водных пушек и жертв.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
