Тем не менее для обеспечения бесперебойного снабжения нефтеперерабатывающих заводов в городе Литвинов и производства там для чешского рынка автомобильного топлива было решено обратиться в Управление государственных материальных резервов с просьбой обеспечить поставки сырья. @banksta
