Начавший два месяца назад пиар-кампанию с уходом в зону СВО первого вице–премьера правительства Башкирии Азата Бадранова губернатор Радий Хабиров продолжил медийную поддержку. Церемонию оформили пафосно: отправка с обновленной за ₽1млрд Советской площади под песню "Шаймуратов-генерал".

Не служивший в армии, но получивший звание лейтенанта и должность политрука Азат Бадранов отписался в социальных сетях, что оставляет все гаджеты дома и информировать ни о чем не будет. Ранее он говорил, что им заинтересовались люди президента Украины.

Спокойный и преданный взгляд Бадранова на губернатора выдает уверенность в завтрашнем дне. Мобилизованные обычным порядком военнообязанные из Башкирии смотрели на Радия Хабирова совершенно иначе.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
