"Я хочу очень четко сказать: исторические факты не меняются из-за разных геополитических или других обстоятельств. Израиль еще в 2017 году принял в Кнессете (парламенте) решение, что 9 мая будет отмечаться День Победы", - пояснила Гальперин.
