Он вручил Папе картину, где изображен собор в Буэнос-Айресе, в нем когда-то Франциск начинал служение. Мало того, Папа благословил Никаса на создание коллекции работ для Ватикана. Художник назвал все это «чудом». Но чудо было бы куда больше, если бы Папа еще лучше ознакомился с произведениями Никаса. Тут у меня, например, портрет Олега Газманова. Если б Папа увидел этот и другие портреты, он благословил бы Никаса на то, чтобы заново покрасить Сикстинскую капеллу.
