Немного важного:
▪️Самая большая статья расходов — оборона (13,5 трлн рублей). Для сравнения. На выплату пенсий по государственному пенсионному обеспечению в 2025 году запланировано 824 млрд рублей.
▪️Курс доллара превысит 100 рублей в июле 2026, а к декабрю 2027 за доллар будут давать 105 рублей.
▪️Индексация тарифов ЖКХ с 1 июля 2025 года составит в среднем 11,9%. Тарифы на газ с 1 июля 2025 года будут подняты на 10,3%. Тарифы на Ж/Д перевозки — на 11,6%.
▪️МРОТ в России составит 22 400 рублей с 1 января 2025 года.
Помимо огромного объема в проекте бюджета еще много всего непонятного. Много пунктов с пометкой «Секретно». Есть странные моменты. В частности, по прогнозам правительства с 2025 по 2027 года практически не изменится численность рабочей силы (кадровый голод побежден?).

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
