Суд задовольнив другий позов про конфіскацію майна експрезидента «Мотор-Січі» Богуслаєва Вищий антикорупційний суд (ВАКС) ухвалив рішення про застосувавши санкції у вигляді стягнення майна в дохід держави щодо екснардепа та колишнього президента «Мотор-Січі» В'ячеслава Богуслаєва.
Відповідне рішення колегія суддів ВАКС ухвалила 2 грудня, задовольнивши позов Міністерства юстиції.
Зокрема, ВАКС стягнув в дохід держави активи, що належали безпосередньо відповідачу, а саме: будівлі та споруди господарського комплексу, які розташовані в Запорізькій області та 100% частки в статутному капіталі ТОВ «Іннова».
У пресслужбі суду додали, що рішення може бути оскаржене до Апеляційної палати ВАКС протягом 5 днів із дня його проголошення.
