Ведь удивительное дело, в ситуации всеобщей нестабильности госмонополии, пользуясь своим положением, максимально стараются обезопасить себя за счет потребителей, у которых нет выбора. А должно быть наоборот! Если уж у нас в экономике столь высока роль монопольного госсектора, то он должен хотя бы давать гарантию некоторой стабильности прочему бизнесу. А по-хорошему — еще и способствовать его развитию.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
