Первое, что бросается в глаза - так увлеклись результатами на муниципальных выборах, что совершенно забыли о губернаторских.

Я бы на месте главы города присмотрелась бы. Тщеславие это плохо.

Второе - аномальные результаты на участках, где нет КОИБов.
Как пишут аналитики - очевидно, что должен был пройти Блиок, возможно Гусева.

Но имеем, что имеем.
