Но есть нюансик.
Мелким шрифтом (да кому оно интересно, никто ж не читает) Ipsos честно пишет:
"Количество опрошенных: 1241 Количество опрошенных республиканцев: 376 Количество опрошенных демократов: 426 Количество независимых: 341 Погрешность: 3%"
В переводе это означает, что опросили на 12% больше демократов, чем республиканцев.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
