В главных ролях — Владимир Вдовиченков («Бригада», «Батя», «Евгений Онегин», «Противостояние»), Никита Кологривый («Слово пацана»), Екатерина Климова («По законам военного времени»). Режиссер — Олег Асадулин. В проекте участвуют НТВ и онлайн-кинотеатр Start, а одним из продюсеров выступил сын бывшего замминистра МВД России.
Сериал преимущественно снимают в Москве, где воссоздали локации Казани 70-х годов, а в столице РТ планируется отснять несколько эпизодов. Источники рассказывали, что ради съемок в столице РТ объявят дополнительный кастинг, но авторы проекта, видимо, передумали. По данным собеседников БИЗНЕС Online, власти Татарстана дали добро на съемки и трудностей, как это было в случае с сериалом «Слово пацана», на этот раз нет. Премьера ожидается в 2025–2026 году.
