Ранее днем омбудсмен заявляла, что уже сегодня вечером они прибудут в Россию, и военных будут встречать в Брянской области. В Минобороны сообщили, что их в том числе доставят в ведомственные клиники для лечения и реабилитации.
Как сообщалось ранее, большинство из 115 вернувшихся в Россию срочников попали в плен в Курской области. Их обмен на 115 пленных ВСУ произошел при посредничестве ОАЭ.
Изначально срочники были доставлены в Беларусь, а уже оттуда прилетели в Москву.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
