При моём глубоком уважении к С. Деану, каждый раз, когда слушаю его большие лекции, мне становится скучно, потому что он просто рассказывает все современные исследования на тему, не объединяя их какой-то общей идеей.
Возможно, так и надо делать настоящему учёному (не измышлять гипотез, то есть), но по-моему, это всё слушать очень скучно и непонятно, что с этой горой информации делать.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
