16 февраля состоялись досрочные выборы главы поселка Эконда Эвенкийского муниципального района Красноярского края.

Из двух кандидатов наибольшее число голосов набрала Надежда Удыгир, выдвинутая Эвенкийским районным местным отделением Партии «ЕДИНАЯ РОССИЯ». За нее проголосовали 61,42% избирателей, принимавших участие в выборах.

Явка избирателей составила 52,05%.
Жалоб и обращений в избирательную комиссию, организующую выборы не поступало.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
