В Ногинске арестовали 17-летнего подростка – зачинщика массовой драки. По версии следствия, 30 ноября молодой человек ограбил другого подростка, отнял у него смартфон. После чего за пострадавшего вступились друзья, что привело в итоге к массовому побоищу между двумя группами подростков. По факту разбоя было возбуждено уголовное дело, а потом выяснилось, что за неделю этого тот же молодой человек избил прохожего. Оба дела были объединены в одно производство.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
