Судя по обилиювизуального мусора на улицах Кирова, администрация и территориальные управления не всегда справляются со своими обязанностями. Да, и будем честны, если все же они находят нарушения, то по всем правилам должны выписывать протокол и штрафовать бизнес за вывески с нарушениями. Суммы этих штрафов начинаются от 20 тыс. руб. и могут достигать полумиллиона рублей. Получается замкнутый круг, предпринимателей жалко, городскую среду потихоньку засоряют и конца этой истории не виднеется.
