Двух подростков отправили в колонию за поджог покрышек у квартиры в Петербурге
Суд в Петербурге признал двух несовершеннолетних виновными в покушении на убийство по предварительному сговору по найму. Подростки в 2024 году подожгли покрышки у входной двери квартиры на улице Фрунзе.
Установлено, что один из обвиняемых получил указание убить жильцов квартиры за вознаграждение в две тысячи долларов. Несовершеннолетнему дали задание поджечь покрышки так, чтобы жертвы не могли выбраться из дома. На преступное дело подсудимый нашел себе напарника.
8 февраля подростки принесли три автомобильные покрышки к дому на улице Фрунзе, облили их бензином и подожгли. О преступлении один из фигурантов отчитался заказчикам в "Телеграме" и получил вознаграждение, часть которого передал подельнику. Жителям квартиры удалось вовремя вызвать пожарных, которые потушили возгорание. Кроме имущества никто не пострадал.
Обвиняемых приговорили к наказанию в виде лишения свободы на 4 года в воспитательной колонии.
