📍После обращения жильцов Госжилинспекция РД провела проверку состояния кровли пятиэтажного дома № 173 на ул. Мирзабекова в Махачкале. Были выявлены следующие нарушения:
➡️ Износ мастичной кровли с рубероидным покрытием (потёртости, вздутия, усадки, микротрещины, отслоения). ➡️ Течь кровли с последующими повреждениями в квартирах 5 этажа (следы протечек, пожелтевшие пятна, отслоение шпатлевки, побелки и обоев).
Несмотря на то, что ремонт крыши запланирован на 2023-2025 годы в рамках Региональной программы, дом отсутствует в краткосрочных планах Махачкалы и РД на этот период.
📄Госжилинспекция РД направила письмо в администрацию Махачкалы о необходимости включить дом в план по капремонту на 2025 год и выдала предписание управляющей компании ООО «Управляющая Компания №3» об устранении нарушений.
