Первое слушание иска Генпрокуратуры к Exxon Neftegas Limited (бывший оператор проекта "Сахалин-1") состоялось в четверг в Южно-Сахалинском городском суде. О сути иска не сообщается.
Иск был подан в начале октября. В качестве третьих лиц к делу привлечены правительство Сахалинской области и областное управление Федеральной налоговой службы.
В марте американская ExxonMobil объявила о выходе из проекта "Сахалин-1" и отзыве американских сотрудников, занятых в нефтегазовых проектах в РФ. Вплоть до октября компания самостоятельно так и не смогла уйти из проекта, при этом откровенно саботировала работу, снизив добычу с 200.000 бар в сутки почти до нуля.
И хотя суть иска не сообщается, можно предположить, что Exxon Neftegas’у просто так уйти из России не дадут. Ущерб акционерам и бюджету региона возместить придется.
