К сожалению, про открытость они пишут только в отчетах, сидя в своих стеклянных кабинетах и в страхе сказать что-то "на человеческом". А все внешние коммуникации - 360-градусный пиар, пиар, пиар...

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
