Минстрой предлагает встроить ТЭО в проектную документацию. В частности, включить обоснование предполагаемой стоимости строительства в нулевой этап проектирования. Об этом заявил замминистра строительства и ЖКХ Сергей Музыченко на вебинаре Главгосэкспертизы.
Это означает, что процесс проектирования должен начинаться с разработки технико-экономических показателей (ТЭП), которые нужны для проработки оптимальных конструктивных и архитектурных решений в проектной документации.
Для сложных объектов разработка ТЭПов и внедрение технико-экономического обоснования начальной стадии проектирования может стать обязательным.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
