Подать заявку на использование сервиса может только сам гражданин. Запрет на оформление кредитов и микрозаймов устанавливается на бессрочный срок.
Также пользователь в любое время может снять установленные ограничения на получение кредитов и займов.
Для этого необходимо подать заявку на досрочное прекращение оказания услуги на портале eGov.kz или в мобильном приложении eGov mobile.
