Նոր կապիկ չի ծնվելու։ Ինչպես ծնվց 2017թ ին(մտնելով խորհրդարան) հետո ինքնահռչակեվեց 2018թ ին (բեմադրված հեղափոխություն)։ Կապիկների ժամանակները անցան, լավ տղեքի և տղամարդ տղեքի ժամանակները պիտի գան ու կգան։ Ես խնդրում եմ, որ չհավատաք ամեն մեկին, չխաբվեք և չթողեք Ձեզ մոլորեցնեն, խելացի եղեք, մտածող և վերլուծող։ Ոչ մեկի բարի ժպիտին և կեղծ խոսքին չհավատաք, քաղցր խոսքեր և հայրենասիրական ճառեր ասողներ մոտ ապագայում ավելի շատ կտեսնեք , բայց մեծ մասը կապիկներ են, Ձեզ մոլորեցնող և նոր ծուղակ տանող կապիկներ։ Զգոն եղեք և խորը մտածեք։ Կգա մի գեղեցիկ օր , երբ ամեն մեկը իր չափը և տեղը կիմանա, այս համատարած բարդակին ի վերջո վերջ կտրվի և բոլորը իրենց արածի ու չարածի համար մեկ առ մեկ պատասխան կտան։ Միայն դուք պիտի շատ իմաստուն լինեք և չհավատաք ամեն կեղծավորի։

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
