Это же позволит избавить россиян от разбросанных на асфальте бычков.
От себя лишь добавим, что подобный запрет уже существует, но только в отношении военнослужащих. Устав внутренней службы Вооруженных Сил РФ запрещает военнослужащим «держать руки в карманах одежды, сидеть или курить в присутствии начальника (старшего) без его разрешения, а также курить на улицах на ходу и в местах, не отведенных для курения».
