Наверное, потому, что всё это мне не помогло.
И верю в системные вещи: 💚 психотерапию, 💚 йогу, 💚 спорт, 💚 медитации, 💚 здоровое питание, 💚 цифровой детокс, 💚 порядок дома.
Я, как и все мы, наверное, всегда была в поиске quick fix - быстрых решений. И даже казалось, что это работает, в моменте. А потом всё возвращалось на круги своя.
И мой опыт говорит, что лучше всего работает забота о себе, которая не может быть эпизодической. Все вышеперечисленное - меня наполняет, дает энергию и силы.
В начале кажется сложным, но потом начинаешь разбираться, пробовать и видеть результат. Старый добрый труд и внимание. Все как в спорте - регулярные тренировки. Для тела и головы)
