Он занял пост уволившегося летом Игоря Мангдрыгина, который ранее работал в министерстве начальником отдела теплоэнергетики министерства ЖКХ края. О предыдущей месте работы нового зама издание не сообщило. По данным «Ъ-Прикамье», ранее господин Березин работал замначальника ФКОУ ВО Пермский институт ФСИН России по тылу. Он также числился временно исполняющим обязанности руководителя этого учреждения.
