Бывший директор Федерального бюджетного учреждения «Научный центр правовой информации при Министерстве юстиции Российской Федерации» (НЦПИ) Юрий Даценко, обвиняемый в мошенничестве (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ, мошенничество, совершённое организованной группой либо в особо крупном размере) и задержанный два месяца назад, сообщил D-Russia.ru, что освобождён из-под домашнего ареста.
Мера пресечения заменена на «ограничение отдельных действий», сказал Даценко.
В карточке дела в базе московских судов общей юрисдикции отметки об этом пока нет.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
