По словам эксперта, уже с 2026-го начнется поэтапное снижение: 🛑106 млн м² в 2026 г., 🛑102 млн м² в 2027 г., 🛑 к 2030-му объемы ввода упадут на 30%, до 90 млн м².
Снижение менее чем на 30% от рекорда — это рациональный и оптимистичный прогноз, несмотря на отставание от цели — 120 млн м², отметил Глушков.
