Новая достопримечательность Берлина: у "Истсайдской галереи" (East Side Gallery) появился инфоцентр в павильоне с необычной историей. Знаменитую галерею под открытым небом создали на бетонных плитах бывшей Берлинской стены. В начале 1990-х участок длиной 1,3 км разрисовали почти 120 художников из 20 стран. Одна из самых известных работ - "Братский поцелуй" Дмитрия Врубеля с целующимися Брежневым и Хонеккером. Отремонтированный инфоцентр открылся в небольшом здании, где раньше находился сувенирный киоск.

Сам домик построили еще в 1961 году на территории мукомольного комбината - там располагалась сторожка, в 1977-м фактически ставшая частью Стены. Через нее на зернохранилище, оказавшееся на расширенной тогда погранзоне, проходили сотрудники комбината и проезжали грузовики. В сторожке одновременно дежурили вахтер и восточно-берлинские полицейские, а пограничники останавливались на перерывы во время патрулирования. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
