Главное правило: даже если голос звучит идеально, после пения нужно дать ему отдохнуть. Как? Молчать. Полностью. Даже шептать нельзя. Минимум 15 минут, а лучше час. Да, сложно, но нужно!
Если вдруг почувствовали, что в шее появилось напряжение — всё, срочно молчим.
