"В конце прошлого года в различных министерствах было выплачено относительно большое количество различных премий и надбавок. Если бы мы сделали пропорциональное сокращение операционных расходов по каждому министерству, то можно было бы получить эти 10 миллионов евро при такой небольшой экономии на этих расходах", - сказал он.
"Такая небольшая экономия каждого министерства не должна парализовать деятельность какого-либо министерства", - добавил Ляэнеметс.
