Тут мог бы быть километровый пост о том, как много мне дало творчество Florence + the Machine. Но ограничусь тем, что расскажу на её примере о связи музыки и литературы.
Среди любимых авторов Флоренс — Вирджиния Вульф (мне одной кажется, что они очень похожи?). Влияние писательницы на певицу не вызывает сомнений. Обе затрагивают в своём творчестве темы женской идентичности, гармонии и хаоса сознания. Тем более на альбоме Ceremonials есть трек What The Water Gave Me. Его текст явно вдохновлён Вульф, а если точнее — её трагической смертью. 28 марта 1941 года она утопилась в реке Уз. На ней было пальто, в карманах которого лежали камни.
Надо бы, наконец, добраться до эссе Вулф «Мысли о мире во время воздушного налета» (1940). Кто читал, поделитесь, надо оно сейчас или по больному?

That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
