Просто определив и перечислив регионы и написав строгое нельзя, добавив в скобочках про майнинг пулы, что тоже нельзя, вы реально верите в силу документа? А как на счёт того, чтобы разобраться и понять что же такое «майнинг» и как его реально можно ограничить? …
