Суд зачел время, проведенное под мерой пресечения, в срок отбывания наказания – признав тем самым его полностью отбытым. А еще – снизил сумму ущерба с ₽4,74 млн до ₽780 тысяч. Получилось так, что уже выплаченная браконьерами сумма превысила новую оценку ущерба.
До тех пор, пока подобное будет происходить, сложности с сохранением редких видов точно никуда не денутся ☹️

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
