Итак, фестиваль BAIQONYR в Алматы завершен, поработал там в жюри Национального конкурса, как модератор показа и прочел лекцию. Завтра буду говорить о зарождении кыргызского чуда на III Форуме кино Центральной Азии и покажу уникальный фильм (нет нигде). А 20 сентября покажем наш фильм. Выдохну, наверное, в середине октября. Там уже займемся книгой!

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
