• Не запрещать, а регулировать оборот криптовалюты. • В регулировании должны появиться новые субъекты — оператор обмена цифровых валют и оператор цифровой торговой платформы, непосредственно проводящие операции с криптовалютами. • Будут дорабатываться ограничения оборота криптовалюты периметром России, регулирование бытового майнинга, роль кредитных организаций и порядок расчетов, процедуры идентификации и противодействия использованию криптовалюты в противоправных целях и даже сам термин «цифровая валюта».
План работы утвержден до конца апреля, заседания будут проводить каждые две недели.
