В апреле 2024 года группа обновила программу размещения биржевых облигаций, увеличив ее до 25 млрд рублей. Эмитентом выступала компания «Коммерческая недвижимость ФПК «Гарант-Инвест». По данным Московской биржи, у неё в обращении находится шесть выпусков биржевых облигаций на 14,5 млрд рублей.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
