Президент России Владимир Путин направил приветственную телеграмму к открытию всероссийского "Кубка Защитников Отечества". Физкультурное мероприятие проходило с 14 по 17 ноября на федеральной территории "Сириус". В соревнованиях приняли участие более 200 ветеранов СВО из 62 субъектов страны.

Из Республики Тыва во всероссийском "Кубке Защитников Отечества" приняли участие два ветерана СВО. Ай-Хаан Торуш и Эртине Допчун-оол выступили в дисциплинах "стрельба из лука в положении стоя" и "пулевая стрельба в классе SH2".

Организаторами выступили Государственный фонд "Защитники Отечества", Министерство спорта и Паралимпийский комитет России.
