🥶🥶 یکی از دلایل اصلی سردی در روابط، عدم توانایی در مدیریت تنش‌های ناشی از استرس‌های زندگی هستش. وقتی افراد با مشکلات بیرونی مثل فشار کاری، مشکلات مالی یا مسائل خانوادگی روبرو هستن و نمیتونن این استرس‌ها را به شیوه‌ای سالم با شریک خود در میون بذارند، ممکنه احساس تنهایی و بی‌توجهی کنن که به سردی رابطه منتهی میشه!!!!
🔰پس در نتیجه باید سعی کنیم از راه مناسب تری اونارو حل کنیم و قاطی مسائل احساسی زن و شوهری نکنیم ( البته تا جایی که میشه )
۲. عدم هم‌خوانی سبک‌های attachment (دلبستگی): 🫀
🌱طبق نظریه دلبستگی، افراد در روابط عاطفی به دو دسته کلی تقسیم می‌شوند: افراد با دلبستگی ایمن و افراد با دلبستگی اضطرابی یا اجتنابی. افرادی که سبک دلبستگی ناسالم (مثل اضطرابی یا اجتنابی) دارن ، معمولاً در ایجاد ارتباط عاطفی پایدار مشکل دارن و این تفاوت‌ها میتونه باعث سرد شدن و بی‌اعتمادی در رابطه بشه.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
