Инициатор общего собрания собственников ОСС вынес на голосование вопросы о целевом сборе на закупку системы видеонаблюдения для целей повышения безопасности жителей и гостей МКД, а также вопрос о включении системы видеонаблюдения, закупленной на указанные взносы, в состав общего имущества МКД. Прошу пояснить, каким минимальным количеством голосов участников ОСС указанные решения (о целевом взносе и об увеличении состава ОИ) могут считаться принятыми?
