Интернет и ЧатГПТ не дали ничего конкретного, откуда это происходит, только то, что это такая шутливая форма напомнить о необходимости зрительного контакта.
Так что не забывайте говорить "Prost" и смотреть в глаза тому, с кем чокаетесь. Наказание слишком суровое 😜
