Третьим отмечено начало подготовки к 400-летнему юбилею. Город ждёт обновление, и деньги на это уже запланированы в бюджетах всех уровней.
Важным Владислав Логинов назвал также назвал ремонт музея «Мемориал Победы», рывок в строительстве метротрама, открытие двух школ и рекорд в ремонте дорог – в порядок привели 122 километра полотна.
Отдельно мэр столицы края отметил помощь участникам СВО: были введены собственные меры поддержки их семей. Эту работу Владислав Логинов пообещал усилить в следующем году.
