😑 Ресторан «Лада» оштрафовали за нарушения после "сказочных отравлений".
Арбитражный суд Омской области признал компанию ООО «Лада» виновной в нарушении требований технических регламентов в сфере защиты прав потребителей. Суд постановил наложить на компанию штраф в размере 40 тысяч рублей.
Заявление подала Федеральная служба по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей по Омской области, по-русски - Роспотребнадзор. Судебное заседание состоялось 27 февраля.
Компания «Лада» обслуживала ресторан на базе отдыха «Сказка», где в конце прошлого года произошло массовое отравление, в результате которого пострадали десятки человек.
Ну а пока ресторан может обжаловать решение... Пожелаем им «сказочной» удачи. Будем надеяться, что больше ни один клиент «Лады» не закончит вечер у унитаза. Пусть и за счет того, что у «Лады» может не быть клиентов. ♾️
